The candidate for the Bachelor of Arts degree must meet the requirements specified for the Bachelor of Science degree. In addition, the candidate must complete at least 12 semester hours (4 courses) in one foreign language, or complete six semester hours above the elementary courses if two units of high school credit in the language have been submitted as part of the regular university admission requirements, or complete three semester hours if he presents three or four high school credits.
